tb44 Terms & Conditions – Please Read Before Using the Platform

1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and tb44 ("We", "Us", "the Platform"). By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the tb44 website or any of its services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the platform.

• You must not already hold another active tb44 account. Each player is permitted to hold one account only. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and any balance held may be forfeited.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration and keep that information updated throughout the life of your account.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited or restricted by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your access is lawful in your location.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access real-money gaming services on tb44, you must complete the registration process and create a player account. You are required to submit accurate personal information including your full name, date of birth, and a valid mobile phone number. The mobile number provided will be associated with your account and used for verification purposes, including password reset requests.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account that matches the name registered on your tb44 account. tb44 does not facilitate transfers to third-party payment accounts. • Deposits are credited to your account balance upon successful confirmation from the relevant payment processor.

• tb44 reserves the right to impose a processing hold on withdrawal requests pending completion of identity verification or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.
• All deposits must be funded from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and will be returned less any applicable processing fees.
• tb44 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals via bKash or Nagad. Visa and Mastercard transactions may incur card processing fees imposed by the card network — these are displayed prior to confirming the transaction.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

From time to time tb44 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, or other promotional benefits to eligible players. All such offers are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that are communicated at the time the offer is made. Players must read and understand the specific terms of any promotion before accepting it.

The general rules that apply to all bonus offers on tb44 are set out below. Where a specific promotion's terms conflict with these general rules, the specific promotion's terms take precedence.

• Bonus funds may not be withdrawn directly. Wagering requirements must be satisfied in full before any bonus-derived winnings are eligible for withdrawal.

• Registering, operating, or benefiting from more than one account on tb44.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to interact with the platform, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting activity designed to exploit the platform or other players.
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent means, chargebacks, or reversed transactions, or using stolen payment credentials.
• Reproducing, copying, distributing, or commercially exploiting any content, software, data, or intellectual property owned by or licensed to tb44 without prior written consent.

tb44 employs fraud detection, risk management, and monitoring systems to identify prohibited conduct. Suspected violations are investigated thoroughly. Where a violation is confirmed, tb44 may take any action it deems appropriate including account closure, fund forfeiture, and referral to relevant authorities.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the tb44 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, software, and the overall design and presentation of the platform, is owned by or licensed to tb44 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use tb44's intellectual property for any commercial purpose. You may view and interact with platform content for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tb44 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to losses arising from technical faults, service interruptions, delayed transactions, or any other operational failure.

tb44 makes no warranty that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from technical issues. Scheduled maintenance, unscheduled outages, and external technical factors (such as mobile network disruptions) may occasionally affect platform availability. tb44 will use reasonable efforts to restore service as quickly as practicable in the event of any outage.
